Dr Scott Webber is a highly regarded Brisbane-based specialist dermatologist and a Fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and member of the Australasian Society of Cosmetic and Procedural Dermatologists. With extensive experience in laser, cosmetic and medical dermatology, Dr Webber is recognised for his expertise in laser skin rejuvenation, advanced laser treatments, surgical scar therapies, and skin cancer detection and management.
Dr Webber's clinical practice covers a comprehensive range of dermatological treatments, with a special focus on:
- Laser Skin Rejuvenation – including fractionated CO2 laser; Erbium ablative laser; hybrid fractional lasers, vascular and pigment lasers
- Laser & Surgical Scar Treatments – specializing in surgical and laser acne scar treatments, as well as laser treatment of pearly penile papules
- Acne Management – advanced therapies for effective acne control
- Rosacea Treatment – tailored laser and medical approaches to manage and reduce rosacea symptoms
- Hyperhidrosis – with a particular focus on iontophoresis and botulinum toxin injections
- Skin Cancer Detection & Treatment – with a particular focus on sun damage and early skin cancer detection
Due to high demand for Dr Webber’s services, he is NOT currently able to accept new patient referrals for the following conditions and patients:
- Hair loss and scalp disorders
- Warts, fungal infections, and nail disorders
- Genital skin issues, other than the laser treatment of pearly penile papules
- Children under 5 years of age
- Certain immune and allergy-related skin conditions
Dr Webber is the founder and principal dermatologist at Bulimba Dermatology and worked for many years as a Visiting Consultant Dermatologist at Princess Alexandra Hospital, where he supervised an immunotherapy clinic for treating malignant melanoma. He has also contributed his expertise as a Visiting Specialist Dermatologist at Gladstone Hospital for many years.
Dr Webber is deeply committed to ensuring his patients feel confident and at ease during their consultations. He takes the time to thoroughly explain diagnoses and treatment options, ensuring that each patient understands their care plan and feels fully supported throughout their treatment journey.
